So tonight when Steve got home from the shop (of course he worked on the 4th of July, would you expect anything else), we headed to Mando and Lori's for a BBQ and fireworks. The kids always love hangin out with the fam and the food is always yummy! Cali doesn't care where we are as long as we are outside and she has plenty of things to climb on. A few falls, bumps and scrapes and she is still chuggin! I was super stoked for Cali to see the fireworks this year because last year she could careless. She LOVED THEM! She was laughing and smiling and having a great time until she couldn't keep her eyes open. Maya was into sparklers this year and was super careful of herself and everyone around her. The boys were jumping out of their skin to get to be the big dudes that actually get to light the fireworks! Can you even believe that fireworks are still legal here? Crazy but I do have to say we def enjoy it. Hope everyone had a safe and Happy 4th

This brings back memories of my childhood 4th of July *tear*. Looks like you all had fun. I can't believe how big all the kiddos are. The pic of tia del, monica, and vic is super cute.

Seriously, how are fireworks still legal here?! Glad they are though! Kids need to have childhood memories of playing with explosives:)
I wish we could still shoot off fireworks like we did back in the dayz....we never burned down any houses....not that we know of anyway.
